What is Online Therapy?
Online therapy is a form of telehealth or telemedicine, which refers to medical or psychological services that are provided using technology, such as through phone or a secure video platform.
How do I know if Online Therapy is right for me?
There are some cases where telehealth may not be recommended. If you are suicidal or experiencing a crisis, you may require in-person services or hospitalization. During our initial consultation, we will ask questions to assess whether you are a good candidate for online therapy.
What types of conditions do you treat?
We provide individual therapy to teens and adults. Our areas of practice include:
- Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, like postpartum depression and anxiety

How long are therapy sessions?
Your first therapy session is a diagnostic assessment that will take approximately 60 minutes. During this appointment, your provider will ask questions about your history, presenting problem, and goals for treatment. Individual therapy sessions are 45-50 minutes and group therapy sessions are 75 minutes.
How long does therapy last?
The length of therapy varies depending on your treatment plan. We see clients for individual therapy once per week. Many clients notice improvements in the first few sessions. Once you and your therapist feel that your symptoms have improved, you may choose to reduce your session frequency or work on a termination plan. We recommend that you discuss termination with your therapist, rather than stop therapy abruptly. We want to work with you on maintaining your improvements even after therapy has ended.
Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?

How much does therapy cost?
Our fees are as follows:
60-minute diagnostic assessment – $175
