About Dr. Guarnotta
My name is Dr. Emily Guarnotta, though many of my clients simply call me Emily. I am the owner of The Mindful Mommy LLC, an online therapy practice specializing in helping mothers and fathers cope with the challenges of parenting. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and hold a doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Diego, California. My experiences include working in local community mental health clinics, outpatient and residential addiction treatment centers, and with children and parents in a school-setting. I have also completed additional training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, perinatal grief and loss, mental health and integrative medicine, and mindfulness-based stress reduction. I serve clients via telehealth in New York, South Carolina, and Florida and also supervise all of the therapists on our team.
As a psychologist in private practice, I see clients struggling with a wide variety of concerns, including those listed here.

Jessica Rudzinsk received her
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Northern Arizona University and is currently completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University.
Through experience in her undergraduate program and ten years in a home visitation program, Jessica gained valuable experience working with families and new parents, many of which suffered from anxiety and depression. Jessica was an active member of a postpartum depression coalition and completed her undergraduate internship at Hospice. She is passionate about mental health and enjoys getting the opportunity to aid in individuals’ growth and healing. Jessica’s preferred models for therapy are family-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).
